Craft Beer Family Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions

1. Your personal details will not be shared with any other parties. The only exception to this is that your name and membership number may be given to a partner if you are due to collect a prize. If you do not want your name supplied for the collection of prize purposes only, please email info@craftbeerfamily.com.au.

2. Your membership details are for your individual use only. These may not be shared with any other person or organisation.

3. Your membership may be cancelled at any time. Your will not incur any further charges from the next payment date. No refunds will be given on previous payments.

4. If you do not cancel your membership prior to the nominated billing date your monthly payment will be processed and will be non-refundable.

5. Craft Beer Family can cancel your membership at any time if you are in breach of any of the rules or conditions.

6. Benefits and discounts offered are what partners have agreed to be published. Partners may withdraw their agreed benefits at any time. Craft Beer Family is not responsible or liable for any errors in information that is provided regarding partners or benefits. If you find any benefits or discounts are not provided as they have been communicated, please contact info@craftbeerfamily.com.au straight away. It is our full intention to provide great value and keep our members happy.

7. To redeem your benefits, you must show your members discount page on your phone at our partners brewery, bar or store. The discount code must clearly state the current month on it (or the coming month if already updated), clearly show your full face pic, name and membership number.

8. Craft Beer Family can make changes to the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made these will be communicated to members at the bottom of the website www.craftbeerfamily.com.au. It is a member’s responsibility to read this and email info@craftbeerfamily.com.au if they don’t agree with any changes.
